Beef looks real fresh. Chicken has a life of it's own and loves the camera. Knife needs to be sharpened. Be careful in the kitchen. What a view!
Are you supposed to eat the head of the chicken? (Since you were talking about the shrimp with the eyes in another place I was just curious.) Reminds me of cooking growing up - no parts sold, just the whole thing - minus head and feet. Hopefully, you learned how to cut one up! Of course, I guess you could cook it whole like a turkey. We used chicken necks tied to a string to go crawdadding and crabbing. They grab the skin with their claws and you put a net under them. Works well. Chicken necks are good for chicken stew with rice, too. Sort of bony with little meat but adds great flavor to your rice.
